About this game
My roommate uses 888game and convinced me to try it; we both agree on its strengths. The search returns what I'm looking for within the top three results on most queries. Worth keeping installed just for the backup feature alone.
I gave 888game three stars at first; this review reflects the improvement after two more updates. Privacy settings include a clear breakdown of what data is stored locally versus on the server. Nothing else in this category comes close on the features that matter to me.

Downloaded 888game on a whim and it replaced my previous standby within the first week. The sleep timer turns off audio cleanly, not mid-sentence or at an arbitrary byte boundary. Cautiously optimistic about what the next major release brings.

888game landed in my rotation after my previous app hit a paywall I wasn't willing to cross. The skip-to-next gesture requires an unusually long swipe distance, which triggers false positives. The daily utility outweighs the friction — I'm staying until something better appears.

After a rough first week, 888game settled into my routine and I'm not planning to leave. Account creation fails silently on certain email domains without explaining why. Would rate higher if the notifications were more reliable.

Used 888game through four major updates and each one moved in the right direction. The navigation bar at the bottom overlaps the last item in long lists during scrolling. Worth keeping installed just for the backup feature alone.

Deleted 888game once, tried two alternatives, and ultimately reinstalled it — the alternatives were worse. Audio normalization across tracks is well-calibrated — I don't need to reach for the volume slider. The feedback loop from bug report to patch is faster than any other app I've used.
